Help for PassPort Express Errors

Kroger associates have two online programs for managing the password associated with their EUID.  This program, PassPort Express, is intended for associates who do not normally log into other Company systems with their personal EUID.

PassPort Express displayed this error message because it appears that you are an associate who does use other Kroger systems, and so you should use the normal PassPort program to manage your password from your work location.

If you need help, call the Support Center at 1-800-952-8889.  Say "password" or press "20" when prompted, then stay on the line for support.
